Terms & Conditions of Use

Salon Info

To secure your booking we require a non refundable deposit of £10.00 per appointment made.

Paid via a Paypal invoice sent from enquiries@bettysatgoodwood.com

Once a deposit is made:

Please note within your Paypal invoice your Salon location.

* Bettys on The Richmond Lawn is located next to Veuve Clicquot opposite Earls Court.

* Bettys on the High Street, is located on the High Street.

Both are clearly marked on the Goodwood Revival map.

We will not be able to ‘fit’ you in if you arrive at the wrong salon indicated clearly in the description of your invoice. Please remember to bring your deposit payment receipt to show proof of payment and salon location to the reception staff on arrival Betty’s Salon.

Balance to be paid on the day of event. By cash or by card.

Late arrivals: Your appointment will void after 5 minuets late of your appointment time indicated on your invoice. Any late or missed appointments will be rescheduled to the next appointment available. No refund on deposit payment made.

For yours and our stylists safety, there will be time between each client for sanitizing and cleaning of stylist work station. Please be patient.
